We came home from vacation and our A/c was out. They were very honest on how long it would take for them to come out even with the record breaking heat. They called me the day before they were to come out and asked if they could come a day early. The part that was broken had two options, one of which was a little cheaper than the other. They never tried to push us one direction over the other and got the A/C up and going within 30min! I would highly recommend them!!
